Purchased hat at Denver stock show a year ago (2008). Never received hat. Contacted BBB in Colorado Springs and also marketing manager at the Stock Show. They both wrote Lee Keltner but still no hat. Keltner called and said he was looking for a new job and would start making hats again as soon as he got paid. We are out cash and hat!! read full review »
