Understood I would receive a cd with all I needed to apply for a grant for $1.98. Instead received cd a month later and $69.95 recurring charge to my credit card. The cd was just a presentation. You have to use the member website ($69.95/mo) to actually get access to the grant info. Certainly not what was promised.
