I received a phone bill that had charges from ESBI for 14.95. When I called them they said I someone named John Jacob ordered Intellicom Messaging service. I told them that there is no one named John Jacob that I know of. They said they were going to credit me and cancel the service, time will tell. Consumers Beware!!! read full review »
