My Grtandosn wanted to play and X-Box game and I used my credit card for him to play (1) one game, but everytime he signed into the website to play the game I was charged $12.50. After a few days I saw many charges on my account and called Microsoft. Their reply was that eveytime my grandson went to play the game I was recharged as he was earning points. I had a heck of a time cancelling the account and never recieved a refund.
