A $14 transaction fee was added to my A T & T monthly billing for fax and email services from Rocket Communications. This was completely unauthorized. I suspect that this charge got posted through the bankrupt Valuebuzz.com site. $25 monthly grocery vouchers also were not sent and it is impossible to contact or download claims from their site. After I contacted A t & T with my complaint they immediately deducted billing from Rocket Communications and blocked access from other scammers. read full review »
