We ordered a DVD of "Vampire Knight" from this website using our credit card. It's been over a month and it has never been received. They promised a tracking number and a way to figure out where the order was but never sent it to us. When I emailed them they assured me it must be on backorder and they'd send me a confirmation shortly and then nothing. Now we try to go to their website and it has been removed.
