Spent a few thousand dollars. Thought i was paying for product and good customer service. Wrong, your only paying for a name and maybe a little better material except for the most critical part...the safety handles. Three out of six handles broke after one year. They became brittle and broke with minimal prssure. I returned them and recieved new ones, the Rainbow salesman said theres nothing else to do because they are in the sun all day.
