House of Brides service is terrible! My dress arrived a week and a day beyond the affair I wanted to wear it for. Call the customer service number and it prompts you to call the same number you just called. Get someone to actually talk to and she tells you to call the same customer service number that just gave you a run around. No invoice to even consider a return. I will never buy from them again. This was the worst business I have ever dealt with. I never received a return e-mail with my question "where is my dress?" Now I am stuck with a dress and nowhere to wear it. read full review »
