This is the third time that I have scheduled work through Service Magic and have been stood up. This is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Three strikes and I am out. The last company was JRP Electric in the Austin, TX area. Do not believe them! I do not need to add moreds to describe the poor quality of these people's work and service. It is very frustrating to wait for somebody, schedule things around their visit and not getting the work done. Pathetic, sad, totally unacceptable... are a few of the woords that I can think of.
