Purchased a pair of shoes from Bargain Outfitters. They arrived undersized and damaged. I returned them via USPS and was refused payment for my return postage. I was told Bargain Outfitter could not refund the postage because it was paid to the USPS and not them. Be aware! I was told I should have inspected the package when it arrived. Most people work and the mailman places the package on the porch where one finds it hours later. Besides, the package was in fine shape. It was the shoes that were damaged inside a perfectly good box. I will never order from a company that does not properly service their customers. read full review »
