Over a month ago I called and cancelled my account. I told the customer service person that I was diagnosed with cancer and that I could no longer use their product. She assured me that the order was cancelled, yet I received a package with the same product on January 9, 2009. I tried calling the company several times and each time I called I was told that the wait would be 30+ minutes.
