My husband ordered flowers for me on www.proflowers.com and today I noticed charges being deducted from my bank account (unauthorized). The debit said something like ... "EASY SAVER" for $14.95 both in July and August. I actually did a search for that dollar amount when I discovered more than one charge. Anyway, I called 800-444-9491, got a woman named 'Donna' on the phone, managed to keep my composure and so did she. She was extremely pleasant and kind and was more than willing to drop all charges, refund my money back... read full review »
