I'm writing about the Select Comfort Sleep Number bed. We've had ours for 4 years. We wanted to replace just the pillowtop (top piece that zips off). However, we were told by customer service that we can't buy just the top part, that we have to buy the entire shell and pillowtop with a cost of approximately $700!!! This is ridiculous. I have talked to Customer Service several time and even asked for a supervisor and still no break in price. I think their customer service is terrible.
