Ordered a "FREE" sample which was $1.95 for shipping, but 1 week after recieving the free product there was a charge of $39.95 that appeared on my checking account. When trying to call several times to their customer care number, every time it says due to extremely high call volumn, there would be 40 sum minutes to wait for a representative. This is way to long to hold. With out holding I'm not sure there is even a way to get RA# to return this new shipment when I get it. I have also sent a complaint via thier web site. No one has returned my email or called me. Any advice? read full review »
