I ordered the the colon cleanse from XM labs for $4.95. When I received the product there was no contact information on the packing slip enclosed and no invoice. I had to get a phone number off my credit card account to call them. When I called I was put on hold for an hour. Several times I had to hang up because I had other thing to do.When I finally got ahold of them they had already charged me $139.95.
