Verizon tried to sneak an "Internet Security Suite" charge into my bill. When I called to have it removed, the representative was very quick to remove the charge but said "you probably activated this through your email - you have to be careful what you click on." First, I do not open any emails from Verizon because they continue to inundate me with communications even after I signed up for FIOS, so for the last three months I have routed all of their emails to my SPAM folder.
