The representatives of this company have forgotten how to be friendly and considerate and seem to have a severe lack of knowledge regarding their jobs. They sound like robots the way that they speak in monotones, they give vague answers to questions, tell me they will mail forms to me but then only mail me a letter stating the forms are also in the envelope but - NO forms.
