I had two rebates from this place. Both purchases were made from Buy.com. One rebate was received after three and a half months. Another rebate has never been received in last one year. During this time, I have called them and sent emails. Email sent in March was replied in August. I have even moved and got my address changed in their system. But still no luck yet. Everytime they say that they are having some problems in giving payments and that I should wait. read full review »
