A few years ago, I bought a system from PC Importers. The monitor was shipped separately in a plain brown box, with barely any packing materials and no identifying label on the box. Plugged it in and smoke started pouring out. Called customer service, they said to ship it back to them and they would re-imburse me the shipping cost.
