I was having trouble booting up my laptop. Call HP and they said it needed to be cleaned. Had it professionally cleaned and looked at. Started working again...for a day! It tries to boot up but then keeps shutting itself off. Thought at first is was over heating but it wasn't. So I started checking online for others who may have had the same problem. Low and behold I found out HP had a recall on the computer for a faulty motherboard. So I called HP several times and they told me the recall ended in February.
