Ordered the free 15 day trial. Had 87.13 deducted from my account. called and cancelled. Automated system said it had not been shipped. When I called in for credit they said it was my fault because the free period was not from the day I had received the product, but from the day I ordered the product. They didn't even ship it until after the 15 day trial period. They would not issue me credit. read full review »
