I called the office and was not told the Dr didn't arrive until 12:30. I came for my appt at 11:30 and was told I needed to wait an hour until 12:30. At 12:50, I asked one girl how much longer it would take and she said that the Dr was in the parking lot and wouldn't be long. The Dr. didn't arrive until 1:02. I got into the exam room at 1:07 (I checked).
