I had some of the same problems others had. In my case disputing the charges with my credit card company got me my money back. 1. They sold me a remarked Athlon XP 2500+ as a 3200+. 2. They charged me tax even though I'm not in their state. 3. They were completely non-communicative, when you email them or use their web support form you just get a stupid faq email in response.
