In late March, 2007, I saw what I believed would be the perfect rocking chair for my apartment. It was advertised through Froogle.com by a company named Chic Home Decor. I ordered the rocking chair, paid for it on line and it was delivered three weeks later. But it was evident from the packaging that my rocking chair had been returned by another customer prior to being sent to me.
