Terrible customer service - online store I have purchased a set of two nightstands a headboard and a drawer chest from this store. The headboard has come damaged which i have immediately reported. It's been more than three weeks now and i am still waiting for my replacement headboard. The worst part is they have sent me bogus tracking numbers for fedex which have all turned out to be invalid. Those bedroom items were supposed to be part of a surprise for my husband; no need to say it's all ruined now. Do not buy furniture from this site, they're crooks. You will be much better off going into a store to get what you need. read full review »
