Free trial my foot. I cancelled within the 14 days but Fit Factoy charged my card $4.95 and $29.95 and I can't get a hold of anyone. The # is busy and when I did get someone on the line they said I'm not in the system and when I explained my story they hung up on me. My credit card is now cancelled but I can't get my charges back.
