I had a horrible experience with these guys. I'm convinced that good reviews of this "store" were written by TheCameraPros themselves. I'm sorry I didn't check BBB first - they have an extremely bad rating! After I ordered a new video camera from their website, I received an email from them saying I had to call to verify my order.
