We purchased $9000 worth of "top of the line" KitchenAid appliances (frig, dishwasher, cooktop and micro/oven combo) on May 30 2009. They were installed the end of June and I began enjoying my dream kitchen. On August 22 the microwave quit "microing". Looks like it's working however nothing gets hot. Called for service and was told A & E Factory Service would be here August 31 between 8 and 5.
