I ordered Wu Yi Tea one year ago. My credit card bills go to my husband's office. I assumed that I was billed for the one time I ordered the tea. Eleven months later I came across the credit card bill and saw that I have been billed every month for eleven months, $19.95. I immediately called and was told that "as a courtesy we will refund you one month at $19.95." I asked what it is that they were billing me for. I was told that there was some kind of helpful website that I was subscribed to. I did not subscribe to this and never should have been billed a penny.
