Armed Forces Insurance had a 146k replacement value policy on my 106k mortgage. When I experienced a fire ad made a claim, their adjuster and mine both had it at 106+, just a few hundred $ apart with mine being lower. What did I get, 71k. Not the State of TX Insurance folks or lawyers have been able to help. So here is a 1st Amendment hit on them.
