I would like to bring to your attention my recent experience with your company, Brickell Honda. Last Saturday, February 9, 2007, I took my 1999 Honda CRV for the 100, 000 miles tune up. I arrived at approximately 10:30 am and was immediately instructed to park my car in the service area. What happened next was very alarming and upsetting.
