I needed a carpet steam cleaned so I did some research online and came up with York Carpet Cleaners . The price was fair so I made an appointment. When I called the day before to confirm the 10am appointment, the sales guy said it will be closer to noon. Ok, when were THEY going to call and tell me that. I agreed as long as it wasn't after noon. Come 11:30 that day, I had to call again, and he said most likely 12:30. I asked for a discount for the delay, and he said he couldn't give a price until they saw the carpet. Well we'd already agreed on a price. I promptly cancelled the appointment, and told him the service was awful. read full review »
