100% thieves. I got my money back (eventually) but if not as persistent as I was, the will keep your $$.They sent me grey market product and charged me for US. Also $55.00 shipping for a $850.00 lens. I ended up keeping the lens and got a refund back for the overcharge and ALL of the shipping charge. How did I accomplish this? I wore then down. Lots of back and forth screaming and cursing. They finally realized I wasn't going to go away, so I got my refund. read full review »
