Got my last bill and saw a significant increase in my monthly payment amount. Upon looking even closer, saw that my interest rate had gone up 12% points. Called to find out why. Was told I had defaulted. I had made my payments and said so. Was told I had made August's payment late. Checked my online records and saw that I had made that payment, online, 5 days before it was due. Called Chase again and stated that I had not made a late payment in August.
