I placed an order on 8/8/09 for Kerasatase shampoo. I paid for the ordrer at the time of purchase by credit card. I rec'd an order confirmation number but have not rec'd the order. I have left four voicemails and three email requesting a call back. The company's voicemail message now indicates that the voicemail is "full". Do not purchase from this company. read full review »
