I ordered 2 Visonik V123BP subwoofers back in July one was broke/damaged when shipped. I was charged for both. UPS picked up the damaged one on 8-23-05. I never received the replacement one or was my account credited. The phones suck and are shut off or something and I can't get back on the web site. What is with this? This is illegal; I am now writing the company, calling the business bureau and hiring a lawyer. Don't recommend this web site at all!! read full review »
