I purchased a car from carhop on august 29, 2009.Drove the car from richfield dealers to crystal office. The car had a knocking in the rear. i told the salesman .And he said no problem they would fix it.He wrote on my contract what was wrong It was shock needed to be repaired.He told me to call warranty dept. I did they sent me to their mechanic. He tested the car and found more thing wrong with the car.
