i made a complain about my netbook charger the reference id is 080809-43. Now after 25 days after making of the complain and numerous phone call the acer india call center i have not got my charger replace. Infact every time i call the call executive makes false promise that i will get my charger withing two to three days. I have never come across such a bad service in my life.
