I placed an order yesterday for a free trial thinking it was only going to be $2 for shipping and handling. After I put in my information like an idiot, they charged me $86.00. I immediately tried to cancel online by using the chat line, then I called and they both told me to wait 24 hours. I think Rachel Ray needs to rethink the products she supports. Is she even aware they use her face as a comforter to order online. I cancelled my debit card today and hopefully this will help.
