I ordered two LCD HDTVs from Plasma Bay mainly because of their low price, free shipping, items in stock and proximity to where I live so that I would receive them in a day or two with thier free ground shipping. I called the store after waiting two days for the items to ship and was told to call back again in another day because it can take up to 48 hours to process the order and it wasn't processed yet.
