This is the worst company every when it comes to their collections area. I received a call today from a collections rep to call back 800-979-0842 x2804 about my account. I called her back and she proceeded to advise me I had bounced two payments this month. The first one came back as account not found. I explained to her I called rep and gave bank info and if number was possibly typed incorrectly. She basically told me that was impossible and I am responsible for fee.
