I have been a customer of Sparkletts Water for almost 9 years. Twice they have billed me for a payment that they did not receive from a year ago. There billing always reflects a past due amount and when you bring the account to what you think is a zero balance per their customer service, they still show a past due balance. Their customer service reps are idiots and do not know how to resolve billing issues.
