I am experiencing the same problem as everyone else here. I had canceled my policy with them in March 2009, well before the coverage was to expire. I filed all of the paperwork that Auto One asked of me for my refund of $872. Since then, I have been given the run around time after time from them when I call about my refund. I filed a complaint with the BBB. All the BBB did was contact Auto One and notify them of my complaint. Auto One responded to the BBB and said I'd get my refund. Guess what?
