DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! E-Florist.com - Canada (www.e-Florist-Inc.com) They charge your CC with a Canadian "exchange rate" that is not disclosed on their website. Trying to get a hold of anyone at this company to claim a refund is stressful and aggravating. They put you on hold forever, then tell you the 'billing department" is not in. When trying to obtain a name for anyone in the billing department, they tell you they cannot give out any names!!
