For almost a year of a 5 year purchase plan ($98), our Magic Jack was operational, but it just stopped last night. After chatting online with ten different, yes, TEN of their agents yesterday and today, there is still NO resolution. There is a dial tone, but a dailed number is not reached, nor can a call be received. I requested a new USB extension cord, (as one agent thought that might be the problem), but was told that they were only shipped with a new packaged unit. When I requested that I receive a new unit, the chat line was dropped. Presently, I am a very unhappy customer who has spent too much time and no solution to the problem. read full review »
