1 and 1 Internet cut off my e- mail in tax season. When I called, they said my credit card had expired. They would not take the new credit card information over the telephone. I needed my e-mails, they said, my only recourse was to mail in information to have my e-mail unlocked. I did not have time for all that and needed my e-mail service, cancelled the account.
