Last Friday, at 12:30 on a clear, sunny day, in Magnolia, TX the Schwan's driver barreled down my friends narrow dirt country road to deliver an order to a neighbor. He was speeding (approximately 40-50 miles an hour) and talking on his cell phone. My friend's dog was sleeping at the end of their driveway. The driver swerved and hit the dog. The dog screamed so loudly a neighbor three doors down heard it and turned to see the driver speed past and almost hit another neighbor turning onto the street.
