We bought our house in may 2006 by the end of that year these yahoos decided that my house was not adequately insurred because my home owners policy and flood policy did not match in $$$ of insurance, that sent my payment to $200 more per month, then a car disaster blown engine, fell behind one payment and got a repayment plan which we completed in july 2007. The begining of 2008 taxes were past due a simple call to asc was not enough a letter had to be sent signed by all parties living in the house and they payed the back taxes due from 2006... read full review »
