I have been trying to get a loan mod from Indymac/One West bank since October 2008, which has been almost a year now! They approved me, they disapproved me, they call me, I call them...nobody knows what the heck is going on! They lose my documents I send them, they mix up my files with other peoples and have the wrong information about me. It is such a frustrating and screwed up process.
