I was checking my account and found a charge for $38.34 from a company called Grants-R-US. I called the number 1-888-321-0509 and was connected to a customer representative who spoke very poor english. I was told that I had purchased something, (I do not know what) for $1.19 in May and that it included a monthly charge. I have never purchased anything from them, I do not know how they got my account info. I told the rep to cancel my account and I was told that I will not get a refund.
